April 22, 2025 – In a bold step toward reshaping the investment landscape, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), in partnership with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital, has finalized an agreement to launch a new family of exchange-traded funds under the brand Truth.Fi. These funds, expected to debut in the second half of 2025, aim to combine digital assets with American-centric securities in a strategic initiative branded “America-First.”

The multi-party collaboration marks a milestone in the convergence of traditional finance and digital innovation. With Truth.Fi ETFs, the consortium seeks to provide retail and institutional investors with access to investment products that reflect national values, economic growth, and cutting-edge blockchain technologies.

A New Era of “America-First” Investment

According to the agreement, the Truth.Fi ETF series will include exposure to digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Cronos (CRO), as well as traditional U.S.-based equities across energy, defense, and manufacturing sectors. The product suite will also feature separately managed accounts (SMAs) aligned with themes including “Faith and Values,” “Freedom and Security,” “Energy Independence,” and “Made in America.”

TMTG, the media company led by former U.S. Representative Devin Nunes, plans to commit up to $250 million of its own capital to these investment vehicles. This capital infusion is expected to provide initial liquidity and demonstrate the company’s conviction in the products’ long-term potential.

“We believe American investors are looking for opportunities that align with their values while embracing the innovation of digital assets,” said Devin Nunes, CEO of TMTG. “Truth.Fi ETFs are about creating a gateway to that future—one that’s principled, patriotic, and profitable.”

Expanding Access Through Global Distribution

The ETFs will be made available in the United States, Europe, and Asia via a wide network of registered broker-dealers and platforms. Crypto.com, through its U.S.-based broker-dealer Foris Capital US LLC, will play a key role in product distribution, leveraging its established infrastructure in the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors.

As part of its broader strategic push, Crypto.com is also preparing to launch a spot ETF focused on Cronos (CRO) in Q4 2025. This complements the Truth.Fi initiative and signals the company’s ambition to become a major player in regulated digital asset investment vehicles.

“This partnership is about bridging traditional markets with crypto in a way that is accessible, compliant, and forward-looking,” said a spokesperson from Crypto.com. “We’re proud to support an initiative that makes meaningful investment tools available to a broad base of investors.”

Addressing Fragmentation and Trust

The announcement comes amid rising concerns about liquidity fragmentation and user friction in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. By embedding crypto assets within a regulated, friendly framework, the partnership seeks to build investor confidence and mitigate risks associated with isolated crypto platforms or unregulated markets.

Moreover, the involvement of established partners like Yorkville America Digital, with deep expertise in ETF structuring and management, adds credibility and technical rigor to the launch.

A Politically Charged Investment Strategy?

While the ETFs themselves are framed as market-driven products, the Truth.Fi brand and “America-First” positioning may also carry political overtones. TMTG, the parent company of Truth Social—a platform popular among conservative audiences—has not shied away from aligning its products with ideological and cultural values.

This raises the question: Can value-aligned investing become a mainstream category? If the success of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) funds is any indicator, the market for mission-driven ETFs is likely broader than some assume.

The Road Ahead

Pending regulatory approvals from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant authorities, the Truth.Fi ETFs are poised to become one of the first major investment products to combine crypto exposure with a distinctly national economic strategy.

For now, the crypto communities alike will be watching closely as these products move from concept to launch. Should they succeed, they could set a precedent for future “hybrid” funds that blend ideology, innovation, and investment performance.
